NEW DELHI: Increasing urbanization has led to a rise in the disease burden in children as well as crime against them. While there was a 24% increase in crimes against children between 2010 and 2011, it has risen by 52.5% from 2012 to 2013, shows a latest report on urban children by Bal Raksha Bharat.
