As per the new Income Tax rules, we need to furnish your details to the Income Tax department latest by 31st May i.e. immediately following the financial year in which the donation was received. To issue a Tax Exemption Certificate (10BE), it is mandatory for us to share your complete details – First Name, Last Name, Pan Number and Complete Address with the Income Tax department.
