Breath of Life: 100-Bed COVID Facility in Delhi is Now Up and Running

In May 2021, actor Huma Qureshi and Bal Raksha Bharat joined forces to drive a combined initiative of providing life-saving medical aid to the people of Delhi in their fight against COVID-19 through the ‘Breath of Life’ mission. Working closely with South Delhi District Administration, we worked tirelessly to help set up and operate a 100-bed medical facility in the Tilak Nagar area of Delhi. The fundraiser and days of unrelenting efforts finally bore fruit and the 100-bed COVID Facility at the Tilak Nagar Hospital is now up and running. It will cater to the most disadvantaged sections of society.
We are incredibly grateful to all those who came forward and contributed so generously for the cause of the people of Delhi. The mission now goes to the next level, and we will be working for adding a 40-bed paediatric ward for the anticipated third wave. Keep the support pouring in.
