The Children’s Charter: Children of India Demand a Nation Where Every Child can Survive and Thrive

The pandemic has further aggravated the issues of lakhs of vulnerable children of India who already lived on the fringes. An effective way forward is needed to address their critical needs and to pave this way ahead, Bal Raksha Bharat will be launching the flagship ‘TRAC Report: The Rights and Agency of Children in India 2022’ – an annual publication which seeks to provide a disruptive, robust and dynamic ground feed to policymakers that can potentially lead to strengthening Child Rights in India while also capturing children’s voices. In the lead up to the launch of TRAC Report, children have listed out four critical set of demands from lawmakers and policymakers, which can ensure that children and youth in India survive and thrive.
