With a resolve to create awareness on the issues of women and children living in street situations, Bal Raksha Bharat has partnered with one of the leading Hindi dailies of India – Amar Ujala to bring to the fore some truly inspiring stories from the streets of India. It started with offering a platform to bring together media, government agencies, and experts to discuss and debate the pertinent solutions to the woes of women living in street situations. But today, the initiative has transformed into a series of compelling narratives that reflect on the magnitude of the problem and the immense work that needs to be done to change the present situation of women and children living on the streets of India.
