Access to clean water is crucial for children’s health and development. Unhygienic practices lead to frequent illnesses, negatively impacting a child’s learning and growth.
Under our ongoing project with FGII, The Right Start: Enhancing School Readiness for Anganwadi Centres in Rajasthan, we are committed to making a positive change.
As per the Indian Income Tax Department’s rules, a donor is required to add their Full Name, Address and PAN number in case they wish to claim tax exemption.
Which is why, through our endeavour to provide clean and safe water in Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) of Binjwariya/Pichiyak village of Bilada block in Jodhpur include:
- Constructing a water tank
- Installing handwashing stations
- Developing rainwater harvesting structures
- Performing minor repairs to ensure clean water availability
These initiatives will benefit around 100-125 children, parents, and Anganwadi staff, promoting healthy and safe handwashing practices.

For any person whose total contribution exceeds Rs. 50,000/- up to the end of the current financial year, the Name, Address, PAN and Aadhar (if available) of of such individuals including their relatives* (details as per attachment) are also required as per the provisions of Income Tax and may please be provided. To claim tax exemption against this donation under section 80G providing PAN is essential.
