Bal Raksha Bharat (also known as Save the Children) is India’s leading child rights NGO working in 15 states and 3 Union Territories of India to provide Holistic Care and Support to children. Since 2008, we have changed the lives of more than 10 million (1 crore) children. Between April 2022 to March 2023, we reached 1.38 million (13.8 lakh) children through our efforts in the areas of . Globally, we’re a member of the international Save the Children Alliance.

We run programmes in the remotest corners of India and urban areas to provide quality education and healthcare, protection from harm and abuse and life-saving aid during emergencies to children.
