Honouring the hearts behind our mission - our remarkable donors who make it all possible.

At Bal Raksha Bharat, we believe that real change begins with people who care. Our donors are not just supporters; they are the reason our children believe in a secure future.
We are deeply grateful. And we are proud to call each of you a Bal Rakshak.

Ever since I learned about the work of Bal Raksha Bharat, I have felt inspired to contribute towards uplifting children from underserved communities. Education plays a vital role in shaping a child’s future, and I remain committed to supporting this cause for as long as I can.

Abhay Shanker Prasad

Our girls have immense potential to make our country proud, yet here are millions of little girls in India who do not get proper education, nutrition or healthcare. Supporting a child through donation is a powerful act of empowerment, creating opportunities for learning, protection, and a brighter future while helping build a more equitable and prosperous society.

Saumya Bhattacharyya

My small contribution towards supporting a needy child brings me immense happiness and satisfaction. The organisation’s selfless service is truly commendable and inspires more people to step forward. Wishing you continued success in empowering children and creating lasting change.

I believe in living life with a thought beyond yourself not for personal gain, but to support others’ well-being. Helping others selflessly brings true fulfilment and inner peace.

Donor Engagement Activity

We believe that the relationship between Bal Raksha Bharat and our donors goes far beyond a transaction. Throughout the year, we create special opportunities for our donor community to connect with our work, with our children, and with one another. Here are a few of those beautiful moments.

Teacher’s Day Donor Visits 5 September 2025 | MAC Centres

When Donors Walked Into a Classroom and Left a Lasting Impact Teacher’s Day 2025 became truly special at our MAC (Multi Activity Centers) when our donors visited and spent the afternoon with the children. There were word games, number puzzles and a singing competition that filled the room with laughter. However, what made the day extraordinary was what our donors promised to do: support children who wish to learn classical music and dance and organise regular book-reading sessions for them. It was a reminder that when donors show up, they bring far more than their giving - they bring hope.

Meditation Session for Donors 2025

A Quiet Gift - For Those Who Give So Much
Because of beautiful souls like our donors, lakhs of children across Bharat continue to learn, grow and shine. But in the middle of giving so much to others, it’s easy to forget to pause for yourself. So, this year we did something different. We invited our donors to an exclusive meditation session - a gentle, peaceful experience designed just for them. No agendas. No asks. Just an hour of stillness, gratitude and inner calm. It was our small way of saying - you matter too.

World Earth Day Plantation Drive 22 April 2025 | Pan India

Planting Seeds - For Children and for the Planet
Just as our donors help children grow into responsible, caring citizens - planting a tree is an act of hope for the world those children will inherit. On World Earth Day 2025, we invited our donor community to join us in a tree plantation drive across India. They showed up, got their hands into the soil and planted something that will grow and bear fruit one day. That is who our donors are - people who think about tomorrow.

Jasmeen, as the Project Lead and Shirin, as her steadfast collaborator, together remind us that changemakers don’t wait, they lead Their voices in this episode are a testament to what your support makes possible: young people who don't just dream of a better world but go out and build it.
